Die Casting Cycle

Die Casting Cycle in high pressure die casting (HPDC) is the sequence of operations required to produce a single casting. It includes die closing, metal injection, solidification under pressure, die opening, and part ejection. Each stage must be precisely timed and controlled to ensure proper filling, minimize defects, and maintain die life. An optimized cycle improves productivity, repeatability, and overall process efficiency.

Die Casting Cycle training contents include two PowerPoint presentations and a video.

Presentations and video are available in English, Turkish, Czech, Polish, and Spanish.
