Digital Transformation

Digital transformation in foundry industry is essential for improving productivity, quality, and competitiveness in an increasingly demanding global market.

By integrating technologies such as automation, IoT sensors, data analytics, AI, and digital twins, foundries can monitor processes in real time, reduce defects, optimize energy consumption, and minimize downtime.

This leads to higher casting accuracy, lower scrap rates, and reduced production costs.

Digital transformation also enhances predictive maintenance, shortens development cycles through simulation and rapid prototyping, and improves traceability and process control. As a result, foundries become more efficient, sustainable, and responsive to customer requirements. In short, digital transformation enables foundries to move from traditional, reactive operations to smart, data-driven, and highly optimized manufacturing systems.

Training contents on digital transformation in the foundry industry includes presentations on nine different topics such as rapid prototyping systems, digital twin, smart production systems, automated quality control systems.
