Sand Casting 02

Mold & Core Making

Mould and core making is the process of creating the sand or ceramic structures that form the internal and external shapes of a cast component. The mould defines the outside geometry, while cores create internal cavities, channels, or complex hollow sections. Proper mould and core production ensures dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and the successful solidification of the molten metal.

Mold & Core Making training contents include two PowerPoint presentations and a video.

Presentations and video are available in English, Turkish, Czech, Polish, and Spanish.
