HPDC 01

Tooling Design & Making

Tooling Design and making in high-pressure die casting (HPDC) involves the engineering and fabrication of precision steel dies used to shape molten metal under high pressure. This process includes detailed CAD modeling, thermal and flow analysis, and selection of suitable tool materials to withstand extreme temperatures and forces. Accurate tooling design ensures proper metal flow, efficient cooling, and easy ejection of the casting. High-quality die manufacturing directly affects part accuracy, surface finish, cycle time, and overall production efficiency.

Tooling Design & Making training contents include two PowerPoint presentations and a video.

Presentations and video are available in English, Turkish, Czech, Polish, and Spanish.
